Watch ‘The Walking Dead’ Season 8 Finale Live Online Streaming ‘Wrath’ on AMC Network

on

Tonight’s The Walking Dead Season 8 finale on AMC should theoretically be unlike any season finale before it. Not only will it bring the two-plus Saviors arc to a close, but also serve as a bookend for the first eight seasons of the hit show.

The Walking Dead live online streaming options can be free if you’re willing to accept a free trial. You can grab free trials of AMC off of OTT services like Direct TV now and Sling TV, assuming you haven’t already taken advantage of the offer.

The Walking Dead Season 8 finale ‘Wrath’ will premiere tonight at 9/8c only on AMC in high definition. AMC does offer free online streaming versions of each The Walking Dead episode shortly after premiere on TV at the official AMC website for a limited time, no cable required. These episodes can be watched on a variety of mobile devices like phones, iPads, tablets, computers and more. It’s the next best thing to watching The Walking Dead online free live streaming, which AMC doesn’t offer at this time.

Another option to legally online stream AMC’s The Walking Dead without cable is to purchase standard or high definition versions of each newly aired episode very early the following morning after they first air from here at online retailer Amazon.com. The HD episodes cost $3 each to stream online while the standard definition episodes cost a buck less. This includes all past episodes of The Walking Dead as well.

The official description for tonight’s The Walking Dead Season Season 8 finale reads, ‘The communities join forces in the last stand against the Saviors as all-out war unfolds.”

Judging by the preview image above, we could be looking at the end of Rick’s (Andrew Lincoln) tenure on The Walking Dead. Lincoln has been hush about his future with the show despite Season 9 already being ordered up by AMC with a new showunner ready to take over.

Or, we could be looking at a soft reboot where Rick — and Negan — take Carl’s goodbye letters to heart and attempt to form a new community together; as impossible as that may seem.
