Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is cleared to return this upcoming Tuesday with Marvel’s Agent Carter wrapping up its inaugural year a couple nights ago. When Phil Coulson’s (Clark Gregg) gang kicks off the back half of Season 2, two characters in particular will be in a much different place than they were when the season began.

Big spoilers for the Agents of SHIELD Season 2 midseason finale are ahead so stop reading if you’re not caught up with Season 2.

In the previous episode, Tripplet (BJ Britt), Raina (Ruth Negga) and Skye (Chloe Bennet) were exposed to the Terrigen Mist in the hidden city and all three were encrusted inside a cocoon. We already knew Skye and Raina were “different” and had alien DNA in them, and thus they emerged from their respective cocoons reborn as Inhumans with supernatural abilities.

Poor Trip, sans alien DNA, simply crumbled into dust and died via the Mist. Skye looked no different other than she seemed to feel like a million bucks and made the earth shake. And Raina — poor Raina — all we saw of her was an eye open up on a cat-like alien face.

Our first look at the new Raina Inhuman character comes via a Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD Season 2 poster from artist Gabriele Dell’Otto. It is apparently part of a series dubbed “The Art of Evolution” and there are 11 more on the way. Skye is also presented as an Inhuman but she looks indistinguishable from her “human” form, bangs and all. Will each poster feature Inhumans? We should find out in the days ahead.

Agents of SHIELD Season 2 resumes on Tuesday, March 3 at 8/7c.
