Lionsgate is sticking with the burning mockingjay imagery to commence their marketing campaign for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
Below you will find a motion poster for Catching Fire that is strikingly similar to the motion poster that helped kick off the marketing blitz for The Hunger Games. This one is a bit more complex in its animation because, after all, a revolution is afoot. At least so says the tag line, “Every Revolution Begins With a Spark.”
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Jena Malone, Sam Claflin, Woody Harrelson, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Elizabeth Banks, Stanley Tucci and Donald Sutherland. The second of four planned films based on the Suzanne Collins’ young adult book series will arrive in theaters on November 22, 2013.
