With Skylanders Swap Force (read our Swap Force preview), the roster of Skylanders will be expanding to well over 100 figures, not including variants. Likewise, the amount of family room real estate to house them will increase, presenting a challenging display dilemma for Portal Masters around the world.
Power A has been supporting the Skylanders brand since Spyro’s Adventure with branded controllers and accessories. For Swap Force, they have stepped up their game and are offering two large-scale diorama display pieces to help corral favorite Skylanders into their natural settings.
Both of these dioramas, labeled FunPlay HideAway Skylands and Flynn’s Ship, respectively, are now available for pre-order at Toys R Us for $59.99 each. Don’t let the high price fool you; these dioramas are *large* and impressive, especially Skylands, as I saw both in person at E3 this past summer. With any luck we’ll get our hands on one or both prior to their October 13 release to provide a full review and size comparisons.
