HBO has released a new minute-and-a-half long trailer for their next miniseries, The Pacific.
Like Band of Brothers, The Pacific is being presented by Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg and will span 10 episodes. It follows three American Marines whose stories intertwine while battling the Japanese in the Pacific during WWII.
HBO has yet to set a hard release date for The Pacific and all the trailer tells us is 2010. A good bet is an early (i.e. spring) 2010 release and subsequent Blu-ray Disc release later in the year.
