Thunder gets to whoop some butt in a new Killer Instinct Xbox One trailer. If you stick around past all the marketing messaging, an unannounced character is given a brief tease.
Thunder takes on Jago in the minute-long trailer and gets to show off his Extreme, Awesome and Master combos. He looks like a force to be reckoned with and might even give Thor a run for his money in any fantastical Marvel/Microsoft crossover.
A brief tease for a lady warrior appears once the Xbox One marketing plays through toward the end of the trailer. Though this new character has yet-to-be-named, I’d put my money on her being Kim Wu from the original sequel Killer Instinct 2.
Killer Instinct is an Xbox One launch title that will be available as a free trial with one playable character. Additional characters are available a la carte at $4.99 / 3.99 Pounds / 4.99 EURO each. There are two bundle deals available as well to help save some cash.
