Disney Interactive is getting into the Black Friday and holiday shopping season frame of mind and Disney Infinity owners are the ones who will benefit by being able to get their hands on the Disney Infinity Vanellope Von Schweetz and Wreck-It Ralph figures later this month.
Earlier today the official Disney Infinity Twitter feed revealed that Vanellope would be coming on November 24 and be available exclusively at Target for the remainder of 2013. She would then theoretically appear at other retail outlets in early 2013. View the Vanellope page at Target.com (not available for pre-order).
You can’t have Vanellope without her friend Wreck-It Ralph, so some quick snooping at other retail websites found the big guy at Best Buy’s website. There he is listed with a November 22 release date, two days before Vanellope, though there is no indication that he is exclusive to Best Buy. I personally believe that’s an oversight and you won’t find the Disney Infinity Wreck-It Ralph figure at another retailer before next year.
Wreck-It Ralph and Vanellpe join the Frozen Toy Box Pack including Anna and Elsa that will be released on November 26 at all retailers. In total there will be four new Disney Infinity figures released within a four-day span.
That’s not all, folks. Amazon.com has an exclusive of their own in the form of a massive Disney Infinity Infinite Bundle with Amazon Exclusive Sorcerer Mickey Figure. Mickey will arrive for individual sale at all retailers in January, but you can get your hands on him before Christmas in this massive bundle of 15 figures and two Play Sets for $199.99.
With Rapunzel coming to Walmart as an exclusive in early March 2014, that leaves Phineas and Agent P as the only undated Disney Infinity figures left.
