The Princess Bride is coming to Blu-ray Disc on March 17. This time, it’s for real.
After multiple delays and false starts, MGM Home Entertainment confirmed the release today as well as passed along all the finalized tech specs and bonus features.
The Princess Bride on Blu-ray will be presented in 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio.
There will be no Blu-ray exclusive bonus features despite the long delays. However there will be substantial extras culled from the previous 20th anniversary DVD release.
