When the dust settled and final weekend box office numbers were plugged in, the Prophet had secured his first clean sweep in beating the average scores on all five films including missing The Blind Side by a mere $500k and picking the Sandra Bullock hit over The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Desert11 had the best performance overall followed by Leon and laureyrob in second and third, respectively. View the full results here.
A win by the Prophet means that, per the new rules, the prize of (500) Days of Summer on Blu-ray Disc or DVD rolls into the next round with an additional prize up for grabs.
Check back tomorrow, December 8, to play the new round of the Weekend Box Office Prophet game that will include the arrival of Disney's The Princess and the Frog and Clint Eastwood's Invictus.

The Prophet approach this past round of the Weekend Box Office Prophet game with the logic that box office receipts would drop after the busy Thanksgiving weekend. The average scores for all the other players indicated the majority felt hot box office business would roll on for another weekend.
