 Toy Story 3 Trailer with New Characters and Miyazaki CameoFebruary 11, 2010
In addition to yesterday's debut of Ken and Peas-in-a-Pod is the fixation of Ken's interest, Barbie; a purple octopus; Lotso, the bear who had a cameo in Up and appears to be a leader at the daycare; the lion Mr. Pricklepants; a robot with a Cylon-like moving red eye; a rock man with what looks like a tape deck in his chest; a Triceratops; a ripped Praying Mantis figure whose design appears influenced by the Masters of the Universe line; and a host of secondary characters including a school bus (a toddler staple), burger and fries.
And then there is the quiet cameo by Totoro from Hayao Miyazaki's 1988 animated film My Neighbor Totoro. Compare him as seen in Toy Story 3 and My Neighbor Totoro below the trailer.

The next full trailer for Toy Story 3 has arrived and brings with it a bevy of new characters Woody, Buzz and the gang will encounter at Sunnyside daycare.
