Updated: The Kingdom, Jarhead Coming to Blu-ray; Cover Art, Pre-orders Added

Universal Studios Home Entertainment has announced Jarhead and The Kingdom are coming to Blu-ray Disc on November 25 sold separately and together in an action / thriller starter pack.

Both titles will be presented in widescreen 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. Jarhead will be housed on a BD-25 disc and The Kingdom on a BD-50 disc.

Jarhead's supplementals consist of a pair of feature-length audio commentaries, one with director Sam Mendes, and the other with screenwriter William Broyles, Jr. and author Anthony Swofford.

The Kingdom will include all the extras found on the extensive HD DVD set including U-Control. The full list is as follows.

Jarhead and The Kingdom on Blu-ray will carry an SRP of $29.98. The action / thriller starter pack with both titles offers no savings with an SRP of $59.98.
