Shane Acker's 9 Blu-ray Details and Release Date

Shake Acker's animated spectacle 9 presented by Tim Burton (The Nightmare Before Christmas) and Timur Bekmambetov (Wanted) is coming to Blu-ray Disc and DVD on December 29 or just under four months after its September 9, 2009 theatrical release.

On Blu-ray, 9 will be presented in 1.85:1 1080p video, 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio and also include D-BOX Motion Code as was offered in a handful of theaters.

The original short film 9 was based on has been included in the bonus features, a key addition for fans of Acker's work. The complete list is as follows.
