 New Crackdown 2 Screens, Box Art and DetailsFebruary 13, 2010
I spent countless hours jumping, running and driving around Pacific City in 2007's Crackdown and expect to be lured into the sequel's simple yet addictive gameplay the same way. This time around, Pacific City is divided amongst the Agency, the Cell and the Freaks with many new areas to explore. To up the ante, developer Ruffian Games is bumping cooperative co-op to four players and including a 16-player online mode with a new party system.
The new screens showcase the introduction of heavy armor in Crackdown 2 that gives a bit of an Iron Man feel to the design. This armor won't have you whizzing through the skies, but it should make for a fast fall when leaping off skyscrapers and provide some unique firepower and defense.

Fable 3, Alan Wake and Halo: Reach may be Microsoft's high profile titles, but don't count out the frenetic action sequel Crackdown 2 from making an impact when it releases exclusively on Xbox 360 later this year.
