 Michael Bay Updates Transformers 3January 27, 2010
Bay has been scouting numerous locations for Transformers 3 including Chicago, Detroit, Washington D.C. and Miami. Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen had an international flair but thus far it appears Bay is focused on shooting stateside this time around.
Previously Bay hinted at more robot characterization and a cooler landscape in Transformers 3. To build upon that, the director shares that things are going well and "the script is feeling very different from the other two." As it should with Ehren Kruger taking over the writing duties.
Transformers 3 arrives in theaters on July 1, 2011.
