Sony Pictures Home Entertainment have set an April 21st, 2026 release date for 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple to bow on physical media. The Digital release date is February 17th. 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple will come to physical media in 4K Ultra HD Steelbook with Dolby Atmos audio, Blu-ray, and DVD case options. There will not be a 4K UHD standard case available. A quartet of extras are included on all high definition formats.
