Buy Pokemon Black or White Version 2 Early and Get Free Pokemon Genesect

Pokemon fans who will snap up Pokemon Black Version 2 or Pokemon White Version 2 the day it's available will get a cool freebie designed to entice those fans sitting on the fence about another Pokemon purchase.

Starting October 7, the day Pokemon Black Version 2 and Pokemon White Version 2 are released, and ending November 12, owners of either version will be able to connect to Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection and download Pokemon Genesect for free. Upon download, he will be immediately available to play with.

Genesect, the newly discovered Mythical Pokemon, has been restored from a 300-million-year-old fossil. Modified by Team Plasma, this Pokemon has a signature move called Techno Blast. Genesect is the only known Pokemon with this move. Genesect is a Bug- and Steel-type Pokemon with the ability to adjust its power levels based on the foe it's battling.

Like their predecessors, Pokemon Black Version 2 and Pokemon White Version 2 are Nintendo DS releases that are also playable on 3DS and 3DS XL, sans 3D of course. The games take place two years after Pokemon Black Version 1 and Pokemon White Version 1 and returns players to the Unova region for a new adventure.
