Blu-ray Rise and Shine with Heroes' Ali Larter

We needed to look no further than Heroes for this week's Blu-ray Rise and Shine thanks to the release of season one and two on August 26. The only question remaining was Ali or Hayden, a tough one answered only by their respective character's fate in the show.

Ali Larter's journey into feature film began with a bang when she surprised James Van Der Beek in Varsity Blues wearing nothing more than a frosty whip cream bikini. From there Ali went on to co-star in a number of notable films destined for a Blu-ray treatment including Final Destination, Final Destination 2 and House on Haunted Hill.

It wasn't until Heroes when Ali became a household name playing Nikki and Jessica Sanders, alter-egos capable of trapping each other inside a mirror. The introduction of Nikki as a stripper who turned a dance into a mutilation remains one of Heroes' most memorable scenes to date.

In addition to the Blu-ray debut of Heroes: Season One and Heroes: Season Two this week, Ali can be spotted on Blu-ray co-starring in Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back and Resident Evil: Extinction.
