Attack the Block Blu-ray Release Date and Details

Director Joe Cornish's thoroughly entertaining Attack the Block will be making its stateside Blu-ray and DVD debut on October 25.

Attack the Block pits a group of smack-talking kids, and their drug dealers, living in a London housing project against relentless alien invaders. Part comedy, part horror, and all fun, the film has already developed a small cult following and help put its director in the running for Die Hard 5 (which he eventually didn't get).

The English accents are thick in Attack the Block so there will be U.S. English subtitles available to optionally activate on the disc. You might chuckle at the thought of this, but after a play-through its inclusion will be warranted.

Attack the Block will sport a 2.4:1 1080p transfer and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio, along with these bonus features:
