 Army of Darkness: Screwhead Edition Blu-ray Back in BusinessJuly 13, 2009 Army of Darkness with Bruce Campbell had originally been announced by Universal Studios Home Entertainment for a Blu-ray debut on May 19. As that date approached the title disappeared from all retailer listings without warning.
Now I can confirm that Universal has put Army of Darkness back on the release calendar and will roll it out on September 15. Dubbed the "Screwhead Edition," Army of Darkness will be offered in 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio on a BD-25 disc. Bonus features will include the following along with a $5 voucher redeemable at select retailers for Halloween candy.
