Animal Crossing: City Folk Wii Fish and Aquatic Life Species Locations and Guide
November 23, 2008
Fishing is arguably Animal Crossing's most played leisure activitiy. Many hours can be spent tossing the line and watching a fish's shadow to see if it will latch onto the lure.
Caught fish are sold for Bells or given as gifts to gain friends. More importantly for collectors, there are many species of fish ranging from easy to near impossible to locate. Collecting them all is no easy task.
Here you'll find a guide that lists every fish Nintendo has built into Animal Crossing: City Folk for Wii, their locations and what they're worth in terms of Bells. The fish are listed by the body of water than be located swimming in: the river, the river and the river's mouth, the pond, the holding pond, the waterfall and the sea.
Most of the easier to find fish spend their time in the river while the exotic, valuable and rare species prefer the open waters of the sea. Good luck catching them all.
