Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked Blu-ray Release Date, Details and Cover Art

The Chipmunks take to the high seas and find themselves stranded on an island in Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked, the third film in the squeaky franchise, coming to Blu-ray and DVD on March 27.

In the film, Justin Long, Matthew Gray Gubler, Jesse McCartney, Christina Applegate, Anna Faris and Amy Poehler lend their voices as the Chipmunks and Chipettes, respectively, while Jason Lee does live-action duty as their caretaker Dave. It has earned over $128 million at the box office, likely enough for Fox to move forward with a fourth entry.

Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked on Blu-ray will be a combo package release that also includes the DVD. The feature will be presented in 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. Bonus features include:
