Third Interstellar Trailer Goes Further as Advance Screening Ticket Sales Commence

Third Interstellar trailer

Paramount Pictures and Warner Brothers have teamed up with Google to offer the Google Space Hunt, an interactive website that unlocks goodies from Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar. The big prize is a third Interstellar trailer loaded with tons of new footage that doesn’t compromise avoiding significant spoilers.

The new Interstellar trailer reinforces the idea that earth is dying and the current generation of children will be the last of humanity to survive. Matthew McConaughey is considered the greatest pilot around, and so it is he that must sacrifice precious time with his family in order to hopefully save the human race from impending extinction.

McConaughey and Hathaway will travel further than man has gone before. When they reach that point, they will push themselves and go even further, exiting our solar system through a wormhole to seek out a new habitable planet for humans to call home. Glimpses of where their interstellar travels will take them are in the trailer, along with a cool metallic robot-looking thing.
