Activision is bringing festive magic to Skylands this holiday season with a pair of new figures and other goodies attached to the Skylanders Trap Team video game.
Winterfest Lob-Star becomes the latest redecorated figure in the Skylanders Trap Team figure line and first aligned around a holiday. The regular version of Lob-Star is entirely blue. However, for Christmas, Winterfest Lob-Star now has a red base with white highlights and even some Christmas lights around his mouth. As the screenshot above proves, Winterfest Lob-Star’s in-game character will resembled the redecorated figure.
The Skylanders Trap Team Eon’s Elite line will grow by one with the introduction of Whirlwind to the eventual group of eight. Whirlwind joins Trigger Happy, Spyro and Chop-Chop to comprise the first half of the line. The remaining four unidentified figures will be released in 2015.
Winterfest Lob-Star has a December 7, 2014 release date. Eon’s Elite Whirlwind is scheduled for a December release.

- A-Z Box Set – The Skylanders A-Z box set from Penguin includes two never-before-published books: the full-color, 192-page A to Z of Skylands, and Pick Your Portal: The Trouble with Doubles.
