Rosalina Amiibo is a Target Exclusive (Updated)

Rosalina amiibo Target exclusive

The fourth and final amiibo wave 3 retailer exclusive figure has been confirmed though unfortunately you cannot pre-order her as of yet. The amiibo is Rosalina and Luma, and she will be exclusive to Target stores and online at Target.com.

Rosalina joins Meta Knight (Best Buy), Shulk (GameStop) and Lucario (Toys “R” Us) to complete the first four retailer exclusive amiibo figures that Nintendo is releasing. There will certainly be more in the future, but for now these are setting up to be a hot commodity later this winter.

Update: The Rosalina amiibo pre-order link at Target.com has appeared but it is grayed out. Go here to the Rosalina amiibo page at Target and bookmark it, then check regularly (like hourly) as the pre-order link could go active at literally any moment.

As of today, online pre-orders for Lucario at Toys “R” Us have sold out. Shulk is also sold out for online pre-orders at GameStop, though you can still reserve one for in-store pickup only, or simply give your local GameStop a call or stop by to reserve one. Meta Knight remains available to pre-order at BestBuy.com.

All four of these amiibo wave 3 figures are expected to arrive in stores and start shipping out sometime in either late January or early February. A rumor suggests Shulk will be available to pick up at GameStop on January 21 despite a February 1 listing at GameStop.com, so for now consider that the earliest possible date for the first wave 3 amiibo sighting.

I’ll publish an update as soon as the Rosalina and Luma amiibo figure appears for pre-order at Target.com. She likely won’t last long considering the speed at which the other amiibo figures are selling out.
