Plastic Man Flies in Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham

New superheroes from DC Comics lore will make their debut in Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, including at least two inspired by their appearances in the insanely fun and oftentimes completely out there Batman: The Brave and the Bold animated series. One of those is Plastic Man, and just like in the show, he’ll be able to morph himself into some useful objects in the game.

One confirmed object Plastic Man will take the form of is a small airplane, as revealed in a new screenshot that showed up on Twitter Friday. This confirms Plastic Man as a character with flight ability, albeit not in the traditional sense of say Batman or Green Lantern.

I mentioned there are at least two characters plucked from Batman: The Brave and the Bold and their prior comics appearances. The other one is Bat-Mite, the persistent imp that’s a thorn in Batman’s side. Like Plastic Man he will be entirely playable, though I would expect him to have to be unlocked.

Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham comes to every home and portable gaming console in November. You can pre-order it at Amazon.com.
