That is very unusual. Hey, 5 bucks is 5 bucks. Mine was credited the day after release. That is ridiculous. I e-mailed them today as to why they have stopped including invoices in their packages. They said they always do, but would look into it.

Hope you get your refund soon.

BR7,
It is strange that they haven't already done it. Mine showed up as a refund on my card within a day or so of the price drop.

Spidey,
I got a package earlier this week from Amazon (actually an early purchase xmas gift for my sister) but it had an invoice. Maybe they're just picking on you.

I would say that in the last 10 packages, I had only one that had an invoice. My luck.

I've got several packages showing up from them this week. I'll remember to check as its possible this last one was a fluke that I actually got one. They do have the functionality on the order summary page for printing an invoice so maybe they are thinking we'd get it that way.

They're "suppose" to launch an investigation. Thanks for watching your end. I'm curious. Also, if you could provide me with a valid credit card and social security number, I may can get to to bottom of this.

I don't think I've never had an invoice included. You'd think they'd need it to pull the orders.

They're trying to narrow it down to which fulfillment center it is. I believe it's Oklahoma for me.

Spidey,
I've received four packages from Amazon this week and all have invoices. It must be the hub where yours are shipping from.

Thank you so much for letting me know. I received two packages today and both had invoices. I think it is indeed the hub because these didn't come from the usual one.

I've just dropped way too much cash at the Vet the past two weeks. My dog had an issue with one of her anal glands, it got infected and burst open...yeah, yuk and ouch. Two days before she was to go back for a checkup to make sure she was fine, my cat is really listless, just laying by a heat vent not eating or drinking. It became apparent that she wasn't going to get better so she tagged along for the dog's appointment. The cat had a urinary tract infection and her kidneys aren't working 100%, so she got antobiotic shots, some rehydration IV fluid, special "kidney" food and medication. There's nothing more fun then giving a cat a pill, feeding her wet food with a syringe and forcing water down her throat. Then two days later the cat had to get rehydrated again.

They're both back to normal, and you can't really put a price on the unconditional love, but c'mon...it was too much at once.
