Ready to laugh? Of course you are! There’s no better comedy arriving on home video this month — March 17 on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital to be exact — than Chris Rock’s Top Five, a semi-autobiographical film written by the comedian/actor about the trials and tribulations of a comic who made it into the movie business and must return to the world he left behind.
Rock has stacked Top Five with talent including Rosario Dawson, Cedric the Entertainer, JB Smooth, Tracy Morgan, Kevin Hart, Anders Holm, Jay Pharoah, Michael Che, Sherri Shepherd, Leslie Jones, Brian Regan, Whoopi Goldberg and Gabrielle Union. It’s definitely R-rated so think along the lines of Rock’s stand-up routines.
