The animated DC Universe is set to expand with an unlikely team-up in Batman and Harley Quinn. Given the growing popularity of Ultra HD Blu-ray, Warner Home Video has chosen Batman and Harley Quinn as the first original DC Universe movie to arrive on the 4K format.
First, Batman and Harley Quinn will debut August 15th exclusively on Digital HD. The Batman and Harley Quinn 4K Blu-ray, Blu-ray, Blu-ray Deluxe Giftset ($39.99 SRP) featuring an exclusive Harley Quinn figurine, and DVD release date lands two weeks later on August 29th.

Batman and Harley Quinn features the voice talents of Kevin Conroy reprising his role as Batman, Melissa Rauch in her debut turn as Harley Quinn, Loren Lester reprising Nightwing, Paget Brewster as Poison Ivy, and Kevin Michael Richardson as The Floronic Man.

In Batman and Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy and Jason Woodrue (a.k.a. The Floronic Man) embark on an ecological quest to save the planet – and, unfortunately, eliminate most of humankind along the way. To save humanity, Batman and Nightwing are forced to enlist Harley Quinn to catch Poison Ivy, Harley’s BFF and frequent partner-in-crime.
