Amazon Early Black Friday Deals: X-Men DOFP Blu-ray Under $10, Lord of the Rings Sale

Amazon early Black Friday deals

A couple of new 2014 Amazon early Black Friday deals have popped up in the Blu-ray space and both are definitely worth taking note of. One in particular has been so popular that it has skyrocketed up into second place of Amazon’s Blu-ray bestsellers chart in no time flat.

That deal is for Bryan Singer’s wildly popular and extremely entertaining X-Men: Days of Future Past on Blu-ray. This single-disc release typically sells for between $15 and $20 at Amazon.com. For today at least it’s going for $9.99, and that includes free shipping for Amazon Prime members.

The second Amazon Black Friday early bird deal revolves around The Lord of the Rings, and I don’t mean only the film trilogy from Peter Jackson. Amazon is using their Gold Box Deal of the Day to promote a LOTR media bundle that includes everything a LOTR fan would want to enjoy the saga on film, video games and the original books.

This deal is actually broken into multiple parts. There’s The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings Ultimate Media Collections for PS4 and Xbox One. These each include The Lord of the Rings: Extended Edition Trilogy on Blu-ray, Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor video game, and  the J.R.R. Tolkien 4-Book Boxed Set: The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings (Movie Tie-in): The Hobbit, The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, and The Return of the King. All of that is priced for $72.70 or 66% off the list price.

The The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings Media Collections for PS4 and Xbox One remove the 4-book box set and subsequently lowers the price to $54.98.

Last but not least is The Lord of the Rings: Extended Edition Trilogy on Blu-ray by its lonesome for only $29.99 or $10 per movie.
